There are many many studies that show that it would positively impact the economy to house the unhoused, but looking at it from pure profit lenses misses the actual point of homelessness: disciplining Labor. Homelessness is there as a threat for the Capital to deploy if the Workers do not conform. That's why during the WGA strike, one of the CEOs blatantly said they will not budge til the writers are homeless. This is why we have hostile architecture. Labor must conform, and the punishment promised to Labor needs to get worse and worse every day.
Having your own personal blog is honestly quite a nice change of pace compared to Reddit. I could put a funny GIF of George Bush getting hit by a shoe on here and the worse case scenario is that no one even notices.
